According to current regulations and building standards, this material is required for use in roof structures, timber frame houses, floors, and walls.

On the other hand, it's not about mistakes, but rather that an experienced designer can better understand the needs and expectations of the investor and propose solutions that are, for example, eco-friendly, more functional, and most importantly, economical in relation to the planned budget of the house and its future operation.
